Like many sailing clubs, PPYC relies on member volunteers to run regattas and subsidizes its regattas from member dues. PPYC believes that members of a yacht club or sailing club should receive a discount on regatta entry fees. If you are not a member of a sailing club, we encourage you to join PPYC or your local sailing club to help them support the sport of sailboat racing. It's the right thing to do! Without member supported sailing clubs, there would be no regattas to race in.

The primary helmsperson or the boat owner if aboard but not helming must be a member to receive the discount. A "yacht club or sailing club" for purposes of the discount is defined as a membership based sailing organization that holds open regattas or races for its local members and members of other sailing clubs. A one-design class association or fleet, a national or regional sailing association, or an online sailing club is not a club for purposes of the discount. A "member" is an active dues paying member in good standing with such a yacht club or sailing club. If you are not a member, please check "No."

The meal package is per person and includes two continental breakfasts and one dinner. Each Meal Fee includes sales tax of $0.42.

Release and Waiver Agreement

I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the Notice of Race, the Sailing Instructions, all applicable one-design class rules and by all other rules that govern this event.

I understand the inherent risks of sailboat racing and know that it is my sole responsibility to decide whether to start or continue any race. I hereby accept all the risks and responsibilities of my boat's participation in this regatta. See RRS 4, Decision to Race.

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry in this regatta and the inducement to produce the regatta, I agree to waive and release any and all claims, including those of negligence or equivalent conduct which I may have against Percy Priest Yacht Club, Inc., and, to the extent they are acting on behalf of Percy Priest Yacht Club, its officers, directors, committees, members, organizing bodies and sponsors, for any liabilities arising out of or in any way connected with such participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 
I also warrant that I have obtained this same waiver and release from each crew member.
 
This release is not intended to release any individual for damages caused by their negligent or intentional acts as a participant or spectator.
